1Do I need to bring anything?

2What if I’ve never skied, boarded, or biked mountainous terrain before?
No worries! We offer beginner-friendly options and advice to get you started confidently.
3Can I switch my rental equipment if it doesn’t feel right?
Absolutely! Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. If something doesn’t feel quite right, come back to us any time during your rental period. We’re here to ensure you get the best fit and the right equipment for your adventure.
4What should I wear for my day on the slopes or trails?
Dress for Success! For skiing or snowboarding, we recommend layered clothing that can handle wet and cold conditions. Don't forget your gloves, goggles, and a waterproof jacket. For cycling, wear comfortable, breathable clothing and sturdy shoes. Helmets are a must and are available with your rental if you don’t have your own.
5How far in advance do I need to book my equipment?
Plan Ahead! While we accept walk-ins, booking your equipment at least a week in advance is recommended, especially during peak seasons. You can book online or call us directly. This ensures you get exactly what you need without any wait time.
6What happens if the equipment is damaged during my rental?
No Stress! Accidents happen. When you come pick up your gear, we will offer you optional damage insurance for a minimal fee... which covers any accidental damage to your equipment. If you opt out of insurance, you may be responsible for the costs of repairs or replacement.
7Can I extend my rental period?
Stay a Little Longer! If you’re having too much fun and want to extend your rental, just give us a call or stop by. Extensions are subject to equipment availability and additional charges.
